I’m aware there is a price point when a repair is less cost effective than replacement options. Therefore we strive to provide repair options for every order which are less than the manufacturer or any other alternative.

Microsoft Common Repair Cost

Video Game System Troubleshooting – $20 Trouble shooting time 4 to 7 business days
Xbox System Cleaning (including cleaning system internals, thermal tape replacement and laser lens) – $35 Estimated cleaning time averages 4 to 7 business days
Replace Xbox Hard Drive & Motherboard – $70 Estimated replacement time is normally 4 to 7 business days because I stock many motherboard & hard drive combos. Price includes deep cleaning and tune up for the Xbox.
Replace Xbox DVD-ROM Drive – $45 Estimated repair time would be up to 2 to 3 weeks depending on the delivery time of ordered drives
360 System Repair troubleshooting/cleaning rates are the same as for the Xbox however motherboard and DVD replacements require additional costs which also depend on the 360 model and parts availability may be limited due to the system model/version information. This has to be determined on a case by case basis. Estimated repair time would be up to 2 to 3 weeks depending on the delivery time of ordered parts.

For the above prices– all game systems must be sealed. If your game system has been opened before acceptance is on a conditioned, case by case basis.
