How long does it take for my system to get repaired?
Most of our repairs are completed within 3 business days after receipt of your unit. In a small percentage of cases, the repair may take several business days.

How do I know how much it will cost to fix my video game system?
When I receive and inspect your unit, I will email you a report and an estimate. Once you review the estimate and approve the repair, you will be able to pay using PayPal. I will not start any repair without your prior approval.

Should I ship my electronic device to you now?
Once you complete this form you can ship your unit to me. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Please send your tracking number when shipping the system to us.

Who is Kimo’s Repair Shop anyway?
Kimo’s Repair Shop  is a subsidiary of Kimos_Stuff LLC, I am a computer and electronics service provider specializing in home entertainment electronics.

For local customers, can we pickup/drop off our consoles?
To get started, go online and fill out a repair order. Please fill out an order and include any questions or concerns you may have with the system if you need more information.

For International Orders
Kimo’s Repair Shop is a worldwide provider and we ship using the US postal service. APO’s are welcome. Please be aware that we are not responsible for customs and additional shipping charges and we must ship to the confirmed payment address with your order.

How do I ship my unit to  Kimo’s Repair Shop ?

  1. First make sure that it is packaged really well so that it does not get damaged during shipment. I recommend floating the game system in the center of a box filled with styrofoam packing peanuts. Shipping must be done using United States Postal Service with insurance and delivery confirmation. Priority shipping using USPS provides a free box at the post office.
  2. I ask that you include the power supply cord & the audio/video cable(s) or the cord that connects the unit to the TV.
  3. To get the unit in for repair as quickly as possible, I recommend Priority shipping, otherwise Ground service is fine. You may also ship it to us through your local post office. Ground shipping should be about $10 or less.
  4. I accept International shipments and we ship Worldwide, however I’m not responsible for International Customs clearance fees if they apply.

6.  If you do not want to pack the unit, simply take the entire unit to any Post Office, Kinkos or Staples. They all provide pack and ship services.

Why should I choose  Kimo’s Repair Shop  rather than Microsoft, Sony or Nintendo for my repair job?
The choice is yours!  Kimo’s Repair Shop  provides the same services as Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo. The differences are that I care for your precious saved data, we immediately work with YOUR system, I do not replace machines – this is a repair company, and most of our repairs are completed within 3 business days after the unit is received. We also provide FREE return shipping for all of our repair customers. Repair service prices include FREE return shipping.

Does Kimo’s Repair Shop upgrade hard drives?
Upgrades are available for the PS3 HDD.  HDD upgrades can come in any size up to 500GB. Data transfer is included with the drive from us so there is no worry about your game saves. I do everything I can to protect your data.Does Kimo’s Repair Shop warranty their repair work?
Kimo’s Repair Shop provides a 60 day warranty on all repair work. If a repaired part fails within 60 days I’ll provide repair services for this part at no cost to the customer.

Is  Kimo’s Repair Shop legit?
