2. Send in your console
3. Your system gets diagnosed
4. You will receive a repair quote
5. Your system gets repaired
6. Fixed system is shipped back to customer
7. The 60 day warranty covers replaced parts & labor

1. Fill out this form and you can expect a reply within 1 to 2 business days with instructions on how to send in your console. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
2. To send in the console follow these instructions.
3. Within 1 to 2 business days, your item will be diagnosed and a repair quote will be emailed to you for approximate repair costs. Estimated repair times are also provided. Return shipping is included in price.
4. You pay via PayPal
5. Your system gets fixed & sent back
