Shipping Consoles

First make sure that it is packaged really well so that it does not get damaged during shipment. I recommend floating the game system in the center of a box filled with styrofoam packing peanuts. Shipping must be done using United States Postal Service with insurance and delivery confirmation. Priority shipping using USPS provides a free box at the post office.

I ask that you include the power supply cord & the audio/video cable(s) or the cord that connects the unit to the TV.

To get the unit in for repair as quickly as possible, I recommend Priority shipping, otherwise Ground service is fine. You may also ship it to us through your local post office. Ground shipping should be about $10 or less.

I accept International shipments and we ship Worldwide, however I’m not responsible for International Customs clearance fees if they apply.

If you do not want to pack the unit, simply take the entire unit to any Post Office, Kinkos or Staples. They all provide pack and ship services.
